5, 2008 - Vend Rite launches the Compact Vending Centre (CVC) program across the
US. The CVC is a new entry into the North American vending market and with its
unique flexibility and products, the company forecasts tremendous growth and
profit opportunities in the US market.
January
24, 2008 - The Company is pleased to announce our first US distributor located
in Orlando, FL. The company has awarded Brandon Jennings, who currently
operates a successful vending company in the area, the Master Distributorship
for Orlando.
May
20, 2008 - The Washroom Valet Vending Centre brand is introduced at the
National Restaurant Association trade show, the largest food service and
hospitality event in the Western Hemisphere in Chicago, IL. The Washroom
Valet received tremendous feedback from attendees and the company secured
several lucrative contracts.
October
2008 - Vend Rite appoints Master Distributor for Poland.
December
2008 - Vend Rite signs agreement with one of the United States largest
hospitality companies. This will provide Vend Rite with a tremendously
profitable channel.
January
5, 2009 - First UK distributor comes on board. First machines shipped January
25, 2009.
January
12, 2009 - First Compact Vending Centres sold in Canada. Vend Rite will
continue to test market the machines in specific areas for several months.
May
4, 2009 - Today Vend Rite after months of test marketing has set the date for
its Canadian launch for mid June 2009.
June
20, 2009, Ancaster, ON - Vend Rite Systems (VRS) has announced
the official Canadian launch of its highly successful Compact Vending Centre.
The introduction to the Canadian market follows on the heels of the company's
tremendously successful US launch last January.
July
17, 2009 - As a result of the strength of the Canadian dollar, Vend Rite
receives a significant discount on a limited run of Compact Vending Centres
from its manufacturer.
October 15, 2009 - Vend Rite Systems (VRS) has announced the launch of its
new cause-related vending program. VRS, the leader in compact wall mounted
vending continues in its support of the fight against drunk driving across
Canada, and in support of MADD Canada (Mothers Against Drunk Driving) has
developed its charity vending machine placement program.

March 1, 2010 - The
company adds 5 Hour energy drinks to its growing list of products for its
Compact Vending Centre.
July 5, 2010 - To
cash in on the energy vending market, Vend Rite announces the official launch
of its Compact Energy Centre which will dispense both 5 Hour and 6 Hour energy
drinks in addition to its other products.
September 15, 2010 - Vend Rite signs agreement with major gas retailer / convenience store operator
to place units in all their locations across Canada. The company is seeking
individuals across Canada to purchase, install and operate machines in these
high volume locations.
